Industrial Deafness & Noise induced hearing loss

Industrial deafness is a common condition that occurs from either prolonged exposure to, or sudden and unexpected loud noises in the workplace, which can then lead to a permanent hearing impairment. This can more often than not be linked to industrial working conditions such as workshops and factories where loud machinery is often used on a daily basis.

It is often possible to bring a claim against a previous employer that no longer exists as we will research the insurance company involved.

Due to legal time limits it is important that you seek legal advice promptly if you are to bring a claim for compensation.

We also deal with other industrial diseases such as:

  • Asbestos Related Illness
  • Mesothelioma
  • Vibration White Finger
  • Manual Handling & Repetitive Injuries
  • Dermatitis
