Who can make a claim?
Anyone who has been the victim of an accident within the last 3 years that was not their fault. You can claim for those losses which you have suffered as a result of an accident, be it a road traffic accident, trip or slipping accident, an accident at work or an accident whilst you are out and about.
What if I have a road traffic accident and the person responsible does not have any insurance or is untraced?
So long as the accident has been reported to the police as soon as is practicable, we can pursue a claim for your losses through the Motor Insurers Bureau (a government appointed body, that has been established to compensate victims of uninsured / untraced drivers).
How long would my claim take from start to finish?
