Bryan is responsible for all Beeley and Co’s I.T maintenance and development. He is dedicated to ensuring that all our I.T systems are kept healthy, secure and up to date. This guarantees that all client information and systems used to progress a clients claim are working at their most efficient.
Beeley and Co have invested in a sophisticated claims management system that ensures a smooth and swift claims procedure. This system is known as Proclaim.
The system is organic in nature and can be adapted to suit any bespoke service standard. Bryans in depth knowledge of this system is invaluable when designing a specific service level agreement.
Bryan has spent years understanding the scope of Proclaim and its capabilities. This ensures Beeley and Co are not only client orientated and proactive in it approaches to claims management, but also, that we are fully compliant with the Solicitors Regulations Authority.
